I do not agree completely with your diagnosis of panic attacks because there are many different kinds of panic attacks and every single DIFFERENT person deals with them in there own way. I myself have had panic attacks since I was 9 years old. I will agree with you as far as per say safe zones and over crowded places but I do not agree that majority of people with the attacks stay at home all the time. My biggest strong point is being social and thats when I dont have panic attacks. So the per say safe zones are whatever each specific person considers there safe zone in my opinion. I am not trying to contradict your opinionated views on this matter Im just trying to give you my perspective and maybe many others also.
