As a composer and novice de-stresser (!), I was fascinated to hear about The Nature Sounds Society upcoming concert called, “The Nature of Nature.”
Takes me back to my student days when I had to record bird song in my local park, slow the recording down and then compose a piece of music based on the resulting tones.
We all thought we were capable of mimicking the French composer, Messiaen!
Hmm… wonder where those recording are now? On second thoughts, maybe it’s best that they haven’t resurfaced
Pity I live in the UK, but if you are US based (California) I think this could be an interesting (and unusual) evening.
