Since I’ve started meditating as part of my routine to de-stress, I’ve read some interesting stuff about meditation.
I’ve found that there’s a lot of mystery surrounding the art – most of which is unfounded.
It does work, however, and I’m beginning to discover new areas of my psyche that I’d forgotten (or never known) about.
Oh, and I’m also feeling more relaxed!
I’ve just downloaded a whole batch of mp3s from meditainment. I love these recordings for meditating, relaxing and for personal development. There’s even some nice relaxing music which I’m studying as I compose music myself (www.alanjmoore.com). Maybe I need to chill out a little more!
